These pancakes are a delightfully easy way to step up your Sunday morning breakfast game. Minutes to make, they’re a guaranteed crowd pleaser.
1x Hill St Dough base mix 2 cups milk of choice 1 egg 25g butter / dairy free spread 3 tbsp caster sugar
- Empty the Hill St Dough Mix into a large bowl.
- Make a well in the centre of the mix and add milk, egg and sugar. Whisk to combine.
- Heat a large non stick frying pan over medium low heat and grease lightly with butter.
- For each pancake, place 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan. Cook for 2 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface. Turn and cook for a further 1 to 2 minutes or until the pancakes are cooked through.
