1 cup buttermilk 2 eggs 1/2 cup neutral oil 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp vinegar 2 tbsp water 120g cream cheese, full fat
50g butter, softened 200g icing sugar 1 tsp vanilla Natural red food colouring or raspberry freeze dried powder - add until you get the desired colour you want.
