
Scones 3 Ways
We’ve used our Dough Baking Mix to whip up more scones than we care to count this summer. Sweet, savoury, you name it - we’ve probably tried it. All you need to add is soda water and milk for the perfect fresh, fluffy scones every. single. time. Some of our favourite scone additions this summer have been Maple & Pecan, Chocolate & Cherry and the good old Savoury Scone classic (the perfect way to use up some of that Christmas ham floating about if you’re that way inclined)
1x Hill St Dough Base - 1/2 cup soda water
- 2/3 cup of milk
80g ham, chopped into small pieces 80g cheddar cheese 2 tbsp fresh chives 1/4 tsp garlic
2 tbsp maple syrup 80 grated butter 2/3 cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp maple 1 tbsp melted butter 1 tbsp milk or cream 1/2 cup icing sugar Pinch of salt

2/3 cup cherries, pitted and chopped up 1/3 cup your favourite chocolate, chopped
